Special Fax Instructions:

When faxing Long Distance on most fax machines it is necessary to add a pause between the phone number and the SCAN code. In some cases more than one pause may be needed especially when faxing to international numbers. Most fax machines have a “Pause” button. On or near the dialpad or on the screen.

If you program speed dial numbers on your fax machine you need to remember to include the pauses. For speed dial programming you may also need a pause after the initial “9”.

Note:

For International calling you need to make sure that your SCAN/LD code is authorized for International.
